This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking convenience and privacy. We’re at the end of a dead end street so traffic is almost non-existent. Like all the old streets in town, ours is wide and lined with mature pecan trees; it’s one of the things that makes Fredericksburg so special.

The sleek and comfortable interior removes the “noise” of the complicated world outside and lets you enjoy the simple things—the things that matter most. You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table to share meals, stories and laughter. Ample windows throughout the house let the sunlight pour in. Materials, plants and art set the global tone.
Thoughtfully placed technology to be there if you desire it; there are TVs placed in the living spaces and bedrooms. All the music of the world is available to fit your mood. Personal concierges can arrange private a private chef, wine tasting, outdoor movie setup, massages, on property private yoga sessions, pre-arrival grocery setup and much more. We’re uniquely situated in a part of Fredericksburg that is only four blocks from Main Street yet right on the edge of town. This makes it both convenient and quiet. You could easily walk to the Nimitz Museum or Otto’s and then on to Main Street. Evening walks along the nearby streets are a favorite of both locals and visitors.
